3D Floor Plan Modeling.

Construction documents,We develop intelligent construction documentation, for architects, engineers, fabricators, and contractors, to assist them in efficiently transforming building design to physical assets. Construction professionals require these documents, along with the construction schedules and material takeoffs, to complete the design. A set of construction document consists of several different sheets. Each sheet includes drawings and schedules for the building design.

Our team of CAD drafters, BIM specialists, architects and civil engineers collaborate to develop detailed construction documentation for effective scheduling, RFIs, material take-offs, and fabrication & co-ordination between MEP engineers. We remain a valuable design support partner to stakeholders and owners in providing technical documentation for retail, commercial, institutional, hotels and infrastructure projects as well.

The construction documents preparation stage is the last phase of the design process. A complete construction document set (CD set) includes the architectural, structural, MEP and civil engineering drawings. CD set also includes all specifications for pricing as well obtaining the building permits. Modeling of all the above aspects may also be involved in the set.

We prepare construction documents from the inputs given to us like scanned images, hand sketches, markup drawings, etc. The more inputs you provide, the more will be the detailing included.

Our standard set of CD includes Cover Sheet, Floor Plans, Interior Details, Elevations, Exterior Details, Foundation Plans, Foundation Details, Upper Floor Framing Plans, Roof Framing Plans, Cross Sections, Structural Details and Electrical Plans.

Our construction documentation services include:

2D detailed CAD drawings for floor plan, section and elevation, exterior details, foundation plans, floor plans and framing plans

Shop drawings for steel structures, prefabricated assemblies, reinforcements, structural details and cross-sections

Architectural specification with all necessary schedules

Duct fabrication drawings, plumbing spool drawings and lighting layout drawings

Electrical plan, electrical service diagram and electrical panel schedule

Calculations for engineering load and electrical load
